This wonderful boat is safely moored in our home base in the very centre of Zadar, in Marina Zadar Tankerkomerc.

Equipped with four cabins (three double bed cabins & one with bunk beds) and eight to ten berths (folding saloon table makes an extra double bed), including a spacious and tastefully designed interior, this sailboat provides ample space for a comfortable stay. The saloon is adorned with modern amenities and beautifully crafted furnishings, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and socializing. Additionally, the two bathrooms feature toilets and showers (one electric and one manual), ensuring convenience and privacy for all onboard.

Furthermore, the Elan Impression 45 features an impressive array of standard equipment, including a fully-equipped galley, cockpit amenities such as a bimini and sprayhood (both from 2023), and essential safety and entertainment features. With its furling main sail and genoa, chart plotter in cockpit and autopilot, this vessel is well-equipped for smooth navigation and enjoyable sailing adventures.

Sailboat Elan Impression 45 Elysium is not only a place of ideal happiness, but also very well maintained: every year she goes out of the sea for repairs, antifouling and polishing. For season 2023 she got new bimini and sprayhood. In 2024 everything was refitted from cockpit table, table leg in saloon through bathroom mirrors and other equipment.
